I was browsing the Internet and came across this article about using vinegar as a fabric softener. I'm totally going to try this. I'll let you know if I smell like a pickle.
I too like the smell. I have these great aromatherapy oils I got from my sister and I add some of that to the downy ball with the vinegar and my clothes smelled great. Also, my towels are never soft, no dryer, and they were with the vinegar! And they didn't smell like a lavender pickle! (the oil was lavender)
