Tonight I kept it simple, combining leftovers - the homemade mac and cheese, with simple Pork Chops with Herbs de Provence, roasted potatoes with a green pepper from our garden & a corn succotash.

lol... keep it simple... is that a joke? Keep it simple is boiling water and adding a package of ramon.
You know me, this was simple. Anything under 30 minutes is an easy night. Especially if leftovers are involved. The kids do love the ramen though! They are usually happier to see that than anything else I cook.
I personally love the spicy meat one, I cook my noodles then drain all the water before adding the spices. Served with some slices of cheese. Yum! I do get a craving everyone in a while.
